I’m unsure why they would get bad reviews because the Honeylove product, fabric and fit (once you figure out sizing) is phenomenal. I finally found a bra that not only looks amazing but it’s comfortable and I love their very flattering pants & the corset is not only gorgeous but incredibly comfortable. Expensive but you get what you pay for and the fit is perfect and looks beautiful.

Very poor customer service - sell you on next day delivery - paid EXTRA in the afternoon before the next day cut off but then they did not hand over the package until 9.00pm - Just looked at the reviews and looks like a very poor company overall - much better companies out there and I would not use again

I bought the crossover bra in XL and the size was fine for the front part but it was too big around the chest!
It should come with an extra set of hooks to adapt to different sizes around the chest!
Would not buy another one!

Package never arrived and you cannot contact anyone there to help you. It was a HUGE waste of two

Honestly, for me the sizing was fine. I find them comfortable but they aren’t really slimming. I bought 2 bras; 1 shapewear; 1 undergarment.
My biggest issue is that the fabric is not at all breathable. It gave me a weird rash and after just two wears I needed to throw out the undergarment no matter how many times and how harshly I washed it. I also need to soak the bras in detergent every 3rd use and I don’t use them for sports. This is entirely abnormal and I have never had this issue with any of my other clothes ever!

Advert is nothing like actual product.
Boning on waistline for body shapwear actually removed my waist and made me look frumpy - box shape. That is when I managed to get product on.... again the boning makes it near impossible to get over hips & buttocks: was exhausted but for awful results.
Then to try and return the product; you have to pay for premium delivery handling charge and sign a wavier. That's after I reached out to social media customer care dept to ask how to return the item. Then you go onto courier website and arrange complicated return yourself.
Awful aftersales/return policy for a very expensive item. Still awaiting refund.
My advice: there are many other established brands of shapewear on market, use them instead. Do not be fooled by the false advertising as I was.

The customer service is out there, as in, who is this good anymore? The wrong pair of pants arrived and this was rectified immediately. The right pair arrived in breakneck speed and were perfect. As if this wasn't good enough, I was told to give the wrong pair to charity rather than return them. It doesn't get easier than this shopping online.

I wish I had read all these reviews before ordering myself! Such a low, warning rating. I would have avoided it!! When it comes to sizing, I am so diligent with checks before ever ordering products online. I ordered the recommended sizes based on my measurements and their online size/fitting tables and these products completely swim on me! They’re in no way flattering/ slimming AT ALL! So what is the point? I’m was really excited for these to arrive and have been left so bitterly disappointed - and they’re not cheap by any measures so my expectations were completely unmet!

Amazing fabric but they are not fit for purpose. And definitely no value for money when they get it so wrong and you’re left having to forfeit circa $25 USD for shipping for their poor product information.

There is no way any positive reviews are real. The fact that the website doesn't let me review the product I actually purchased says it all!!

These garments are complete garbage. There isn't a body in the world these would look good on. I've never in my life tried even super cheap shapewear that created so many bizarre bulges and completely deformed my breasts. They're also easy too short. This is clearly some Chinese scam. (For reference, I own lots of Spanx products, in the same size, and every single one fits great, I've never had to return one.)

I was really excited to see if there was anything much different than the 30 or $40 ones that I get sadly I couldn’t tell the difference between a one that I bought on Shein anyth the one that I bought from here and the only difference is the price is absolutely ridiculous. You guys are not selling gold. You are selling Schaeffers to help women we’re not showing them to anybody there underneath our clothes make more affordable 1’s and I do understand this is an undergarment, but Victoria’s Secret got too big for her britches the materials all that stuff was just lacking and now they’re paying the price nobody cares about their clothes. Are there beauty products anymore other places that come along and taking their spot, somebody else will come along and take your spot, and you haven’t even made a spot yet so try to make a product for the every day woman with an every day bank account. I’m not going to make the decision between eating and buying one of your products. People get children to feed nowadays get one bag of groceries for $100 times are tough. I understand it make your product affordable and maybe you guys will have something amazing. I can’t afford to keep the one that I have because it’s just not worth it. I’m sending it back. I don’t know why I thought I could be dipped in gold for the price that I paid and I am not just saying this because I honestly was hoping and praying that your product was gonna look fix all the problems that I have. I put them both in front of my daughter, your product and another product I got from another place which was half the price if not more than that, and my daughter actually picked the other item as the better fabric more well put together the one she would spend money on so putting them on I would pay $40 all day every day for a product like this but I’ll be damned if I’m gonna be paying 120. Thank you. Hopefully you’ll come out with a line for poor people. Are now what they call every day living paycheck to paycheck

The garment is soft and the material feels nice. There’s enough support and it doesn’t seem to roll down so far. You just have tk work around until it starts taking the shape of your body. Shipping was fast and it’s worth the price

Most of the garments are badly designed. Occasionally one is fine, but 90% of the items I’ve had to send back. Sizing is wrong, different sizes for similar items, the bras gap. I keep trying as they look nice in the ads, but when I get an item it has to go back. Do not buy from them

Based on their size chart I purchased a size L, ( I am a 32 DDD) however it didn’t fit me properly at all . Exchanged for a M and band is still a bit large and don’t like the overall look. Good quality but not a good fit for me .

I had ordered a garment that wasn't quite what I felt it should be. It was past the return period when I used the garment and found that out. I did contact customer support and they were so kind, helpful, and made sure I was a satisfied customer. They went the extra mile to make me happy. I do love their garments, they stay in place and are comfortable to wear. This is definitely a company you want to check out!

I absolutely love this bra! Last year I had a double mastectomy with reconstruction and have not been able to find a bra that’s not painful and doesn’t dig into my scars. These bras are it! So comfortable, I can wear them all day without having to take them off due to pain. And everything looks good! I am in need of another surgery to equal things out and when I wear this bra, everything looks natural and even. The bras are also very well-made and attractive. I will definitely be purchasing more.
